Q: Do you accept insurance?
No, but we provide our customers with the information they need to submit insurance forms themselves to their providers.

Q: What are your hours?
10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday

Q: Can frames be purchased through you online?
That isn’t possible since frames must be meticulously fitted to insure the absolute satisfaction of our customers.

Q: Is there an eye doctor in the store?
No, but we’re happy to provide our customers with at least two recommendations.

Q: Do you have rush service?
Within certain parameters, it is possible to provide rush service.

Q: Is there someone in the store who can help me pick out the frames that will make me look my best?
That’s just one of the things we do best.

Q: Can you promise me that you’ll have something different from everyone else?
Absolutely.

Q: Do you sell contact lenses?
No. We focus on outer eyewear and strive to do it better than anyone else.
